Donte Greene — Ongoing Documentary Project
Invisible Productions is currently developing an ongoing documentary project centered around former NBA first-round draft pick Donte Greene, capturing his story, journey, and continued impact on the game of basketball.
As part of the project, Invisible Productions recently documented Greene behind the scenes during the BIG3 at TD Garden in Boston, gaining access to capture the environment, preparation, interactions, and moments surrounding him throughout the weekend. The goal is to go beyond the basketball court and create a cinematic, personal look at Donte’s journey—from reaching the NBA to where the game, life, and his experiences have taken him today.
This project is currently in production, with much more to come.
The Pathways Foundation — Ongoing Documentary Project
Invisible Productions is currently documenting The Pathways Foundation and the incredible people, stories, and purpose behind its work. Most recently, our cameras followed the Foundation throughout an incredible weekend in Springfield, Massachusetts, documenting programming at Springfield College as well as inside the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame during Hall of Fame weekend.
Our coverage has allowed us to capture The Pathways Foundation bringing young people into spaces surrounded by basketball history, legends of the game, community leaders, mentors, and individuals who have reached the highest levels of their professions. But the story extends far beyond basketball. Pathways uses the game as a bridge to introduce young people to financial literacy, technology, public speaking, career development, mentorship, life skills, and opportunities they may not otherwise experience.
Invisible Productions is continuing to follow this journey and capture it as it happens. What we documented in Springfield is another chapter in a much larger story about access, opportunity, legacy, and creating pathways for the next generation.

Eddie Gill
Eddie Gill is a former NBA point guard whose professional basketball career took him through the NBA and leagues around the world. Beyond his accomplishments on the court, Gill continues to use his experience and platform to impact the next generation, including his work with The Pathways Foundation and its mission of creating opportunities, mentorship, and meaningful experiences for young people.
Nancy Lieberman
Nancy Lieberman is a Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer and one of the most influential figures in the history of women’s basketball. Known as “Lady Magic,” her groundbreaking career has spanned playing, coaching, broadcasting, and leadership, including becoming the first woman to serve as head coach of a men’s professional basketball team.
Her continued impact on basketball and the generations following her has helped make her a true pioneer of the game.
Mario West
Mario West is a former NBA guard who played for the Atlanta Hawks and New Jersey Nets after a standout collegiate career at Georgia Tech. Known for his defense, athleticism, and relentless work ethic, West has continued using his basketball experience beyond his playing career to mentor, develop, and inspire the next generation.

This website exists to honor the art and the passion of those willing to tell their stories openly, honestly, and without restraint. This particular short piece may not represent Invisible Productions at its peak, but it stands as a marker of how far we have come as a media production company.

Every so often, a story pulls you into opportunities that are unique not because of the narrative itself, but because of the places it leads you and the people you encounter along the way.

Invisible productions has documented some really unique stories but this story here is something that hasn’t been able to come to a completion for reason you will find upon listening to it’s content. Story is a powerful tool to keep stories alive.
We aren’t giving up on this one.
“tRAVELING TO MINNESOTA FOR aNSWERS”
There are moments in life when action is necessary simply because it is possible. When a case involves a missing person, our responsibility as a documentary team is to seek answers for families who are left without them. Invisible Productions joined the search for Ralph Jean Marie with that responsibility in mind. As our work progressed, it became evident that there were unresolved leads and tips that had not been fully explored. Recognizing this, we chose to go a step further. Our team traveled to Minnesota to connect with specialists capable of searching quarries and other difficult environments for potential evidence. It was during this process that we crossed paths with Crossmon Consulting. We then brought the information we gathered back to Vermont and formally presented it to the State’s Attorney’s office and the Barre City Police Department so that every viable lead could be reviewed and evaluated by the appropriate authorities.

As a full-time cinematographer, you spend a lot of time alone in thought—figuring out how a story should be told. With millions of possible angles, tones, and paths a story can take, choosing just one is never easy.
At Invisible Productions, we call this the “Black Out Phase.”
It’s the quiet stretch where everything goes dark before the vision clicks—where ideas wrestle, clarity forms, and the story begins to reveal itself. It’s uncomfortable, but it’s necessary. That’s where the real work starts.

Working with The Director Rebecca gitlitz
I learned so much in such a short time while helping set up one of the interviews for the documentary series Under Pressure. From the moment she arrived on set, Rebecca got straight to business, bringing an incredible level of focus and efficiency. It wasn’t chaos—far from it. She had her 1st AC running like clockwork, ensuring every detail was dialed in, from lighting and sound to the background and all the little things in between.
My role was to keep up and stay sharp—assisting with setup, making sure everything was in place, and breaking it all down afterward. The most intense part? Aligning every element perfectly to meet the high standards of the production. It was a challenge, but an experience that pushed me to work harder and faster.
Working alongside such a brilliant mind was truly unforgettable, and it gave me a firsthand look at what it takes to bring a vision to life at the highest level.
